Yes I do prefer the factory grey flares to the painted ones; I think the accent gives the truck an 'off-road' look. The painted ones remind me too much of a street truck - IMHO.

They are quiet; just love them!

I love that setup as well. Road noise doesn't bother me (I would kina like a tire with a "HUM" going down the road)

I would be worried about snow,ice,rain drivability.

looks sick! might have to do these but 18's with Nitto Trail grapps, toyo MT's would be a close 2nd choice for me tho.

I think they are Badlands too, but Ive searched and I can only find them in chrome. Unless it was a limited offering? Or original owner had them done, I think they may even be teflon coated

It was a limited offer that they no longer do. I don't think it's Teflon.
