Possible for 2017 & 2018 to add digital gauges with new cluster?

I really like the digital gauges in the 2019+ trucks that those of us with 2018 and below don't get. I would guess there is more to adding these gauges than just a cluster swap but I'm not sure. Anyone with an knowledge on the subject? TIA.

The terrain modes won't work if a 2019 cluster is installed in a 2017-18 Raptor and there's no way to get the Measurements screen to appear in pre-2019 clusters because the firmware in those clusters don't support it.

So basically the current cluster won't support it period, hardware limitation. New cluster might work but fubars terrain modes. Bummer, thx for the info.
