pors/cons frame cutting

hi everyone, i looked around a little and couldn't find much. what are the pros and cons of cutting your frame for new bumpers?

Pro: better approach angle
Con: once you cut it's a little tricky to go back to stock. Also, don't think you can run a winch with a frame cut but I could be wrong.
