I have the same issue but on asphalt. I wouldn't call it porpoising, though, more like a forward/backward oscillation, usually in 10th around 50mph. Just got back from a trip across town and noticed it on a certain road, was wondering if I was losing my mind. Once I got off that road I didn't notice it any more.

I'll try the tire pressure thing. In Florida right now it's 83F today, and my pressures have changed to around 43psi from 38psi when it was colder a few weeks back.
