Confirms my suspiciousness, mechanics these days are parts changers, sometimes they get lucky, sometimes not so lucky. Be very grateful that you're under warranty or this would of been a nightmare , so glad it is finally fixed and you have a near new truck at their expense and not yours. Happy trails! After a week of driving I haven’t heard the abnormal noise. I’m calling this fixed.
When I first brought my truck the the dealership they said this was not a normal sound. Now after the did all the work they’re telling me that it’s normal. We test drove another gen 2 and it never made the noise. I don’t know why my truck would still make this noise after both iwe’s were replaced.
It's probably not the iwe "parts", but a vacuum problem causing them to engage or disengage. Are you just starting the truck up with it in 2h and driving around or are you switching it to 4a or another mode just before you turn the corner? Why I ask the latter is because it can take a second or two to engage fully, etc. When I first brought my truck the the dealership they said this was not a normal sound.
