It is open. Only 1000 vehicles per day. Get there early (opens at 9am). Have a blast!
Oceano and Pismo openings are closing soon because of the dust blowing onto the precious homes of Nipomo and Grover Beach from the ocean. Go figure! You buy a multi-million dollar home near the Ocean but don't want any of tht messy ocean stuff affecting your Sierra Club life.
