I don't care about MPG off road but highway driving will be great plus having longer range. I got pretty nervous once on white rim road in Utah. Hopefully the tank doesn't fluctuate so much when on a decline too.

I think it'll get pretty close. Before I went to 35" Toyo MTs I consistently got over 16 MPG with the 6.2 on stock tires. KO2s should provide less rolling resistance, plus 500 pounds, plus a more efficient motor, plus 10 speed transmission, and I could see 23. I'd be happy with anything over 20 though. If it really does get 23 that's 830 miles on a tank.

Given the frontal area, size and weight of the tires, that can't be the number. That is the number I have seen for regular F-150s. If that is the official number, I doubt anyone will actually get that.
Looking at Fuelly, the average mpg for 2015 / 2026 seems to be about 17, and most trucks represented have the 2.7.
Edit: I see that number shown in the pictures, but I still don't believe it.
