Phoenix Android Radio 4th Gen PX6

I have it connected to the tablet side and the sync side. I can receive calls no issue, works with tablet side, it's trying to make a call. When I hit the steering wheel voice button it brings up the sync counsel phone, and I can make a call but it doesn't switch back to previous app that was in use. I guess I'm asking how to make a hands free call thru the tablet without hitting the voice button steering wheel.

If you're using NOVA, you can talk to google to make calls, send messages...etc

The RL7 is the one the system seems to pick up for mcy upgrade, is that right? What's the simplecan for?

RL7A.bin is the MCU upgrade

Simplecanupdate.bin is for the little decoder box I think

For sure, but for some reason Google says it can't complete that request. But Google will play music on Spotify without issue.

Have you also updated the PX6.zip? It looks like from your previous screenshot your App version is from October

I upgraded it in Nov and have the new moveable top icons, but when I did I had to start the damn thing from scratch, was a pain. Is there a way to update the px6 and keep settings?

Yes if you just put the PX6.zip on a USB it will update while keeping your settings. I think you have to rename it to format or something like that and then it will erase all the settings

yeah, same results as last time i tried to install it. It recognizes it, reboots acts like its going to start but then flips to the android boot load screen that is sideways.

doing it with the truck running file as its downloaded on the root of the USB, so not sure what else to do

sideways? Are you set to the right vehicle type (F150 HI)? When I did the PX6 upgrade, my screen was upside down. I corrected it by loading the xml configurations another user used, post #500. That fixed the issue for me, but I still have issues and not sure the configuration is 100% correct.

I'd love to have phoenix responds to my tickets, but they never do.
