ordered feb 10th, .finally received an email.
now, please keep in mind i am one of the very few in this group that has a 4inch screen, and those are the ones they are having trouble with the xm signal.
i dont really care about the signal and i think i can live without the mute button. now keep in mind that i might tolerate all this since i have the ultra crappy 4inch screen and this item really bothers me on my truck, so i think the sacrifice is worth it lll

Just got my refund. Glad this nightmare is over. I'm a little jealous of some of you that got it... but it is what it is. I'll check back in a few months.

Got a call from Phoenix today to ask if I wanted a refund for the order that I cancelled because I never placed it. I explained that I had already received my unit and then started listing some of my initial complaints about the interface along with the issue of distorted sound when using Amazon music. I requested that users be allowed to edit the top navigation bar by removing the icons of all of the apps people will rarely use and replace them with the apps that we use more frequently. He sounded like this was something they were open to so I would ask that if this is something you would want then please voice your opinion. I also asked for the ability to receive voice prompts from Waze or Google Maps via the truck's speakers when using in conjunction with console mode.

It appears the phoenix and the Linkswell share similar problems. My Linkswell does not accept the Sirius signal either. I have to use my app and Bluetooth through my phone. "If" the Phoenix can conquer that issue, I'll be all over it. I miss the subtle album/artist icon displays. All Icons on the Linkswell are black and grey during normal operation which makes my display very dreary. Patiently waiting for these bugs to be adjusted. Note: I as well had the 4 inch so anything was an upgrade.

The Linkswell is the same unit, with an inferior skin, for more than twice the cost. Surprised anyone has bought it...
