Hey Raptor owners, I wanted to have everyone follow along with me through this process of rebuilding a 6.2 for more power and more reliability.

The goal is 600-700WHP, easy to obtain in my opinion. With my knowledge, resources, and some help of some big time parts manufacturers, I'm in the process of turning this tired 6.2 into a powerful piece of machinery.

It starts with a core that has seen some detonation on one cylinder and burnt the piston up, no big deal. Cylinders look great so I'll be going with a set of +.005" Diamond Pistons. As of now, connecting rods will be H-Beam Manleys, easily capable of 100+hp per cylinder.

More details as the build continues. :patriot:

I don't think your going to get 170 rwhp gains on just NA engine mods.

But...... Who knows, if you throw enough money at it anything is possible.
Maybe start with E85, ID1000 injectors, dual fuel pumps.

I haven't looked in a long time what a Livernois fully built 6.6L high compression with their cam gets on the Dyno.
It's not even listed on there website any longer. Only 9.5 compression.

11:1, custom cam, and some cylinder head development would make that happen. Among other details along the way.
