We need to meet up sometime and give it a good going over. The guys at the shop told me there is a Raptor Club meeting this Sunday at 59 Diner in Sugarland and then heading over to Sugar Hill Off Road Park on Bissonnet. I am not sure if I will make either or both of those events, but we sure need to plan something for us Houston based Raptor families.

Those guys have some great ideas on interior mods that I like. They have the ability to do Hydorgraphics and "wrap" the trim pieces both interior and exteriror with some neat patterns like dessert camo.

They definitely do some awesome stuff over there! And I saw the picture from Sugar Hill...looked like they had about 8 or so show up from their facebook page...including the shop truck that is white with black and white trim. Looks pretty sharp.

I'm definitely interested in their Hydrographic stuff and will probably get my interior trim pieces painted/wrapped a darker color when that day comes. Also, going to have them paint the bumpers and flares. That will be my very first mod.

Here are some pictures of the truck I always see up in the College Station/Bryan area:

Mid Perch 2013

How do they ride?

My buddy did his and says that it rides a lot rougher than before... he also says that the 2013's sit higher on mid perch than the other years... any truth to this?

His looks completely level at just the mid perch setting... is that normal?

um........ they ride the same
2013's cant sit higher because they use the same shocks that come at bottom perch
It is supposed to look completely level on mid perch that's why folks do it.

Maybe they did top perch which would sit higher and ride rougher, but should not see it from mid perch.

i just got mine done. think the rides a little stiffer but not at all harsh. about an inch short of being perfectly level. but it looks so much better and i feel like im sitting on a freakin throne. my ranger rode like a covered wagon so its still head and shoulders better. first impressions are that im glad i did it
