Actually met KHC at HITH. Great group of guys. As to mid perch. OrangeAddict did ours in the garage. I drive ours daily, in fact we joke it's my street queen and his weekend off road carn1vor. My opinion: the look is just hot, love when I pass a cop and hit the break there's no nose dive, and the bit of difference in the drive I actually kind of like. Not sure if this helps but, at least it's a point of view from the female side.

Mid is not a noticeable diff on my '13. Cam kits on the '11 were a waste of money. IMO. Still as much adjustment as without them.
I was top perch on the'11 and I never bottomed out much but the ride was a bit more grabby. Good for crossing deep water or ditches tho.

I thought there was noticeable improvement to front end dive during braking when I switched my 13 to mid.

But, I've been told I drive my truck like I think I'm still in my sports car(which I just recently sold).

Only difference I noticed was the loss of nose dive when braking. That and I sit higher on my throne... oh, and it looks 1 million times better.
