Hey guys i know that this has been brought up in many threads, im sorry. So i called the dealership that i bought my truck from to see if they could do a perch adjustment for me. they didnt know what it was, so i told them and they said well as long as you dont have to use any aftermarket parts then we should be able to figure it out... so i told them that it takes most people doing it themselves about 2 hours? so he said that they could do it and alignment for about $300. Also they said since no aftermarket parts that it wouldnt void my warranty! I am thinking mid perch is all i need as i do not go off-roading. any other things i should know before having this done?

Thanks guys!
Jeff

My dealer didn't have a clue either, but I am not going to pay them to do it. I plan on going to the mid perch for now, top if I decide to do something with the rear suspension

Where are you located? Some of our vendors do it and they know what they are doing.

A guy in Seattle will even do it for free.

So the dealer has never done one before? That is ok since it is not that complex, I would suggest printing out a write up from the Forum on a step b.y step for the tech...realize you are paying dealer to learn on your truck, you might want to ask for a discount...try to get the warranty I.n writing from the service manager?

Good luck

those are all good ideas to have step by step write up on how to do it, anyone have a link that i can print out and give to them? another good idea is asking them about a discount, I wouldnt have thought of that!. yea i will definitley have them sign saying that it wont void my warranty!!

Thanks,
Jeff
