Hi all,

I had a creaking noise that I noticed even at low speeds on a residential street. It looks like this is a fairly common issue with our panoramic sunroofs on the F150/Raptor?

Well, I looked into it, searched the forums and scoured Google. I found a YouTube video and the process this guy showed fixed my issue.

It seems like the rubber gasket/seal around the panoramic sunroof needs to be conditioned/lubed as the noise I was hearing was a dry seal rubbing the body of the truck.

This is the product I used - https://www.3inone.com/products/rvcare-rubber-seal-conditioner/

I also used a plastic putty knife to get it into the seals, and not the knife shown in the video (that seemed scary) lol.

orderered from amazon, mines not making a noise but preventative maintnance is key

Yeah, it also let me inspect some of the rubber seal around the sunroof and noticed some minor cracking. Either this isn't lubed from the factory or this SoCal sun/heat just dried it out real quick.

yea just from beign out in the elements its not gonna help it, and mines sits outside in the driveway and this 100+° weather for sure is gonna take its toll on the rubber
