I guess glued would not be the best term. Not like they used Elmer's. I think it would be vulcanized, but basically they fuse them to the rubber of the tire. They do this a bit using racing slicks, and I used to have a pair of Super Scoopers on another vehicle, they hold up pretty well.

I just noticed in the first picture of the rear profile...next to
the license plate on the left, theirs an orange rectangle...
what is this...a sticker, a reflector???

Can I ask how much and roughly the time frame for these?

The wheels I paid $114 each and are 17x9. I would have liked a 10 inch wheel, but this will work. Paddle tires were about $220 each plus shipping, but that depends on how many paddles you want. I could have gone 8 less expensive, but I will try the 10 and will stagger cut them if needed later.
