Order not showing up with order and VIN #?

Hi All,

I have a screen shot from my dealer order system showing my order number and VIN number.

When I go on the Ford Order site to track it with the order # and VIN # it's not finding anything?

Anybody else seeing this?

Yes, this is a known issue. Use the search feature...

same here, you should still be able to check on 14g F150 forum tracker (or mach e or maverick) but might not give a date (mine says "in processing")

I tried on 14g and says that it can't retrieve the VIN. I guess I'll just keep trying.

Neither tracking system has worked for me either….. “this vehicle is not available in this system”
