Ordered January 14th, just got a VIN today, they told me I should have it March 23rd!!!!!!!!!!

That is definitely not the normal turn around time. Build days are normally about 1 month after the vin is assigned, then another 2-3 weeks on average after its built before it hits the dealer. If they figured out some way to fast track it good for you.

Finally!!!! Order date Aug 13. Got my Vin today!!! No build date yet but it's a start. Still have the CF so hopefully get a date soon.

Mine was ordered Dec 27, Vin assigned Jan 19 and built Jan 27. But I made the mistake of adding factory Spray in bed liner. Going to add several days or weeks to my shipment.

Yea that is why I said normally. On occasion you can hit the dealer at just the right time when the allocation is assigned and ready to use. Your one of the lucky ones. I made that mistake with the spray in bed liner the first time around. In the end it wont matter. Your truck is locked in and you will have it soon.

Through a friend I was able to submit a DORA and put a deposit down same day. Hoping for 8 weeks from the day ordered until delivery... and will pay Sticker for it.

Ordered 10/24, dealer contacted me to drop CF two weeks ago which I did, still sitting in unscheduled clean with no VIN. Dealer said my priority is currently 1 though so it should be soon.

Ford service is creating cute ways of saying this now. from this morning:

Your Raptor is "in order processing" with the ETA of that stage being done as the middle of March. I would suggest reaching out to your dealer as they can provide the most accurate and up-to-date information on your Raptor order status. Thank you!

So it's the same processing stage since October then it sounds like

There are many other sub-stages that vehicles go through, hang in there, it shouldn't be long before your Raptor is built!

I just got my Vin today ordered with CF and so had my dealer double check that the CF wasn't removed. He checked and said it's still on there so CF may just be limiting not gone. Good to know for those of us hanging in there since July/August

The customer does not submit a DORA. A DORA can be requested by your dealer. It confirms what options the dealer submitted to Ford and normally takes a day or 2 to get. It in no way confirms a truck will be built. I suggest you ask the dealer if they have an allocation for your order and when it can be used. The first confirmation your truck will actually be built is receiving a VIN number.

Something must have happen at Ford Service. They no longer give direct answers and keep going back to "Ask your dealer" They wont even give you a vin number. I think the Raptor/Focus Rs community may have worn out this resource.

The next test, for our little dealer at least, is whether or not the forged wheels are truly an issue. When I found out you got your VIN....I texted my sales guy to find out where the heck mine is at! He's at the auto show tonight and said he'll check again for me tomorrow.......
