Supply chains are catching up which in turn increases the supply of available raptors.
Except the supply chains that Ford is shackled with ( see what I did there ? )
Interest keeps ticking up, financing thresholds are also getting tighter, so if you have so-so credit, you’re not getting tier1 or tier2 rates any more. That’s going to kick quite a few of our FRF’s out of the new Raptor market for a while, leaving cash, big downpayment and platinum credit buyers as the consumer market able to actually buy a Raptor. It’s enough to eat into the demand, but Ford still isn’t able to deliver F series trucks.
They COULD if they were to put some stripped down models out... But they’re still bitterly clinging to their old sales and marketing model of loaded with electronics and gizmos trucks. If they would pivot to pushing out base models with minimal or no options or no fancy electronic options, they could actually deliver a few more trucks, rather than have them sit on various “ramps” awaiting who knows what.
