Opinion on the dog house...

I picked up a 1 year old topper, AKA "the dog house", for my 4 legged hunting companions fall/winter travels. It happened to be tuxedo black and I planned to paint it to match. Now I have some mixed feelings as I sort of like the black contrast. It will normally only be put when huntring season starts in the fall.

Yeah looking at the first pic it kinda blends in and is subtle. As much as topper can be anyway. I say leave it. Especially if you're only using it seasonally.

Agree, leave it black. YOu can still see the outline of the Raptor and it looks cool...

well when the wife kicks you out of the house for the night, and you have to sleep in the truck, what color do you want it to be?

Leave it black as someone else said you can still see the truck. The toppers that are painted make the truck look like an Expedition or other SUV to me.

The topper brought out the new nickname for the raptor......

It's now known as "the skunk".....

The SO said it looks like a SWAT truck that's always on the news.
