After a 200 mile trip, 100 towing the sled trailer and 100 towing the boat, averaged 12.2. My Dad was driving, and it was nearly all freeway.

That is the same as I get driving around town. Apparently when I'm alone I have a throttle problem.

Yes, I'm talking 10%. Could you explain why it sucks? I drive a lot during the week and the extra mpg is more important than power to me.

It dose not do as good as e-30 you need more to displace the water that is in all gas, not enough and it separates, at 15% or more it dose not as easy. If you do not have a ffv I'd stay under 50% but then you are at a much higher octane, e-30 is just right for mpg price power. Read my signature I put it in the can am also. I have 6000 miles on it now. If you have a ffv 5.4 you should try it let me know what you get do at least three tanks first tank run normal second drive hard third drive normal. Or if you have a 6.2 and are not a scared like me, also 10% in premium is ok because it is refined more. Ie less tarnish water solids that the ethanol is trying to break down.

Took a trip to the Netherlands today. Coming home they moved the autobahn so I had to backtrack through 30 miles of low speed villages and switch backs. Pretty sure I could've pulled 600 miles out of that tank if we had stayed on the autobahn. Average speed was 72 mph.

I run the crappy Esso 98 RON from base. We went to the Keukenhof gardens. Never heard of it.

I wish I was driving right now.

98 ron is US octan or europeeaan

Hogh octane fuel tends to be more economic
