Love build threads!!! Looks great so far. Only tip I can provide is you might want to think about installing some plastic spiral wrap on the shock lines. They will eventually make contact with the springs.

No unfortunately, sorry. Think I bought it off of Amazon. Bought it cause I noticed the spring powder coat had worn off. Bought a 10’ bag. Had enough to do both the Raptor and Bronco, with left over.

Great post @O-R-G! Can’t wait to see how this all turns out! It’s going to be great. Ok you have to admit though as tiring as it can be, it’s nice to be in the shop alone working on your own stuff. Almost therapeutic. Huh?

Yea, I know. Before I owned my Raptor I was on FRF for a few months. I saw all the complaints and thought everyone was crazy, and then I owned one and understood pretty fast.

I don't think you need to do anything to the ends. at least I have never seen anything special done. It gets used in industrial/earth moving equipment alot.
Raptor use would obviously be higher speed/vibration.
