Oily Spark Plugs?

Searched before posting... How common is it to find minor oil fouling and oil on the threads of the lower 8 plugs and should i be concerned about rings at 152k already? all lower 8 had oil on them, the upper 8 did not. these are original plugs as far as i can tell.

Oil on lower spark plug only, not valve cover

2011, 115k. Have had a slightly rough idle issue for a while. Among other things, changed all 16 plugs and 2000 miles later decided to pull them again to check gapping. When I originally pulled them, cyl 5 and 6 bottom plugs had oil on them on the end going into the combustion chamber. Anyway...

Sure didnt right until i posted this and it was the first similar thread. his thread doesnt really help answer my question though.
