It all depends oil brand and type but 275 is when I begin to worry on my race car. 250 is perfectly fine and burns off contaminates.
After a little spirited driving through some twisty off-road fun, I was seeing mid-260’s. Coolant temp hitting 250 as well. Upgraded to a Full-Race radiator and trans cooler. Have a aux oil cooler I just need to make a mounting solution for.
But low 200’s seems to be the everyday norm on the road.

That coolant temp must be wrong. Or a blend of coolant and oil temp like bmw does. 237 is head warping on most vehicles. And why is the gauge not at the top of the range?
