Oil coming from rearview mirror pod

I have a 2017 SCAB with around 23k miles on it. I noticed that I have a few tiny streams of a thick clear oil slowly running down the windshield from the pod behind the rearview mirror.

Any ideas?

Maybe oil from the Auto-Dim Mirror?

It’s coming from the back of the pod, where it hits the windshield. Several tiny streams. Streaking maybe 3-4” down. It’s perfectly clear and super thick. Like one part of a two-part epoxy before you mix it...

Any other issues? I once got a forward collision sensor error but it went away the next time I started it and I’m not sure it’s related at all.

Blinker fluid.

Never had any forward collision error. Rain sensor for wipers always seems to work properly too.

Inside of the cab ?

Maybe the grease used the lubricate the joints of the mirror ?
