Did your gopro battery last all day? I always seem to have problems with mine going dead fast. . And I have the battery backpack. Do you plug it in during runs, or rely solely on the battery?

I had 2 batteries and would swap them out after a run and try to charge them between runs. I would still have the camera die during a run when I started with 2 bars though.

Unplug the backpack from the Gopro when not in use, for whatever reason it causes the Gopro to randomly turn on and will drain your battery. I've also found that charging the Gopro and backpack separately works best. Wifi will also drain it fast.

All this so the fender could be moved forward 1/8" so the door would not rub on it when opened.

Thanks for all those who helped.

Did Noah install any leds or sound deafening before he put your door back on?

I've come to the realization that gopros suck. I've got the hero3 black and had a hero 2 before that one. I think I'm just going to hire a videographer to follow me around and record me doing badass shit. I'm still ready to see the pics of me going over that double-up and blowing out my lower control arm and cracking my fender.

I spent the entire weekend charging my gopro and remote. The wifi didn't like to stay connected either.

My gopro is brand new and the battery no longer works. The other two off brand batteries I got stayed good but damn even rotating between them wasn't long enough and the batteries always seem to die about 5 minutes BEFORE something good happens!

I saw someone that removed the hard plastic cover from the GoPro and just mounted the camera to the suction cup mount on the inside of the windshield. Then ran a USB cable from the camera to a charging cord and plugged that into the dash. No more battery problems. It worked the whole time! The only thing he had to change out was the memory cards because he took so much footage. I personally ran the Wasabi brand batteries and got about 20/25 minutes per battery worth of footage on a full charge. Kinda crappy for a $400 camera and $30 batteries.
