Wonderful - I have to check with USAA and see what the damage is.

USAA quoted me $1800 a year with 300,500,100 and no discounts.

Mine arrived in Atlanta today and is still on the train. Dealership is 20 min from rail yard.

Mine is on railcar heading through Ohio today on the way to NC.

I ordered my R in September and the dealership has been quiet and never contacts me of any updates. They tell me that Ford will communicate with me, but to this date, never gotten an email from Ford concerning my order. I keep seeing folks posting info on their order in this thread. How are people obtaining this information, the dealership or Ford Performance? I didn't call FP but the normal Ford customer service and they looked up my order from info off my DORA and said it was in the system and clean (guess no holdups or issues) but it did not have VIN yet, so that was somewhat comforting.

Once you get a vin you can track the build, until then check every Friday on the ford performance chat, for the chat you need dealer number this starts with an F and usually a five digit number order number is usually four digits. You need your order number and vin for the tracker.

Some info that may be helpful....

I reached out to the Ford Support Chat today at https://www.ford.com/support/ and asked for a status update and railcar number. I provided my order#, VIN, dealership name & location. They asked for my name and email address, checked the system and told me the vehicle shipped via Norfolk Southern (NS) railcar# TTGX979709 on Jan 04. This is the last place my GPS indicates the truck was sitting in a railcar in Dearborn when it was turned off. On Jan 4, the Ford Tracker updated showing the status as "Order Confirmed" and it remains unchanged as of today. The vehicle is expected to be delivered to the dealer on Jan 20 according to the chat.

I took this info and plugged it into Norfolk Southern (NS) Railways system using the following steps provided Courtesy of KU4OJ Fleet Mechanic on 12 September 2023 @ 6:59pm at https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1735524-help-with-tracking-norfolk-southern.html

The NS trace system told me the truck passed the Camden, OH scanner on 1/6 at 3:43PM today.
I used the NSR rail map file (2016 latest one I could find) to locate the Camden scanner on the map.

Using the NS automated trace system and their railway map with sensor/station locations you should be able to track your truck to it's Auto Distribution Center denoted with an "A" in a black square on the NSR map. You can find the NSR rail map for download here: https://www.norfolksouthern.com/en/ship-by-rail/our-rail-network (too large to attach).

My window sticker lists CH02 in the RAMP One box and CONVOY as the delivery method. I found some information noting CH02 is for AL, TN but don't see an auto distro center in TN on the "2016" ten year old map but tracking it's progress will flesh this out.

2. Select menu option 2 for "tracing" (they don't call it tracking)

8. To repeat the info, press 1. If you ask for 2 many repeats, it will transfer you to a real person. Out of courtesy avoid at all cost bothering these people. If the robot lady tells you your are being transferred, HANG UP.
9. Say "done" and hang up.

So my truck arrived Atlanta Hapeville (Poole Creek) yesterday and sat in "Notification Ground" status overnight. When I checked the automated rail system this morning it is in "Actual Placement of Car" status. Figure it will be unloaded sometime today, then my GPS will start pinging and I can track it's movement to the dealership. I have attached a file with the rail yard lingo i.e. what the statuses mean. Ford says delivery is the 14th-20th. It still has to be trucked from the rail yard to the dealership so that could delay it but fingers crossed it'll unload today and get picked up tomorrow or over the weekend.

The interesting thing is that the ramp code on the window sticker is CH02 which is TN or AL. Not sure how it got redirected to Georgia, but makes more sense. The dealer is just down the road from the train yard.
