The same thing happened to mine today. Friday they updated the estimated arrival date to next week and today it moved back to Order Confirmed.Well this is weird. Going backwards. Iam going to be positive and say this is a pre shipping glitch.

It will show shipped tomm or wed. Mine did that early last week. I am convoy to TN hoping it is here by end of the week, maybe. The same thing happened to mine today. Friday they updated the estimated arrival date to next week and today it moved back to Order Confirmed.
Some info that may be helpful....
I reached out to the Ford Support Chat today at https://www.ford.com/support/ and asked for a status update and railcar number. I provided my order#, VIN, dealership name & location. They asked for my name and email address, checked the system and told me the vehicle shipped via Norfolk Southern (NS) railcar# TTGX979709 on Jan 04. This is the last place my GPS indicates the truck was sitting in a railcar in Dearborn when it was turned off. On Jan 4, the Ford Tracker updated showing the status as "Order Confirmed" and it remains unchanged as of today. The vehicle is expected to be delivered to the dealer on Jan 20 according to the chat.
I took this info and plugged it into Norfolk Southern (NS) Railways system using the following steps provided Courtesy of KU4OJ Fleet Mechanic on 12 September 2023 @ 6:59pm at https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1735524-help-with-tracking-norfolk-southern.html
The NS trace system told me the truck passed the Camden, OH scanner on 1/6 at 3:43PM today.
I used the NSR rail map file (2016 latest one I could find) to locate the Camden scanner on the map.
Using the NS automated trace system and their railway map with sensor/station locations you should be able to track your truck to it's Auto Distribution Center denoted with an "A" in a black square on the NSR map. You can find the NSR rail map for download here: https://www.norfolksouthern.com/en/ship-by-rail/our-rail-network (too large to attach).
My window sticker lists CH02 in the RAMP One box and CONVOY as the delivery method. I found some information noting CH02 is for AL, TN but don't see an auto distro center in TN on the "2016" ten year old map but tracking it's progress will flesh this out.
Happy Hunting!!!
Quote from FLEET MECHANIC
How to track your rail car when shipped on Norfolk Southern:
1. Call the Norfolk Southern robot at 800-497-2919
2. Select menu option 2 for "tracing" (they don't call it tracking)
3. Enter the alphabetic characters using the numbers on your phone, my letters were TTGX, so that's 8849, press #
4 Enter the numeric characters, press #
5 Robot lady will read back your input, if correct press 1
6. Some robots speak or make noises while they think. This one is quiet. Be patient.
7 Robot lady will read out your cars last known location in "railroad speak" one of mine said "Passed sensor, Waring, GA, 6:39 pm September 9" The Waring GA sensor is between Chattanooga, TN and Dalton, GA. Waring isn't a town, it's a street in a little place with no name. But most of the time you will get place names you can find on a map pretty easy.
8. To repeat the info, press 1. If you ask for 2 many repeats, it will transfer you to a real person. Out of courtesy avoid at all cost bothering these people. If the robot lady tells you your are being transferred, HANG UP.
9. Say "done" and hang up.
