Well this is weird. Going backwards. Iam going to be positive and say this is a pre shipping glitch.

Mine did the same. Ford indicated that happens for a day or two after it is shipped. It should change to shipped very soon. Good news is it’s been shipped!

Well.......a few hours ago the truck was moved to the Detroit train yard. Guess it'll get a train ride too!

Sorry if I missed this, but did someone who was moving the truck activate the phone app for you?

I recall that when I got my '22 and '24 models, I was able to add the truck, but it required someone to accept it from inside the truck before it became functional.

I'm not sure who this question is for. I opened the Ford Pass App and added the vehicle using the VIN. I do recall it being submitted and told I'd have to wait for approval. Think I got approval from Ford the next day. As long as it is running it updates its location. Since it is now on the train for shipping, I'm looking to track it on the rail system like Jred2255 is doing.
