Same here…I received emails on previous orders, but none on my 25.

From what I have read in various forums that is a positive thing. As best i recall that means it's on the way.

My tracker finally updated on 12/31, with a status of built. It's blend was 11/20 and had shown in production since 11/20. Additionally, it updated the delivery date to 12/30 - 1/5. Ford Performance chat said 12/28-1/6 a week ago before it showed built. VIN VIEW still shows "non-shippable", "Active Exceptions - On Hold", "ETA TBD on hold" with a delivery date TBD. I guess mine was one that went through the QC checks. Its showing 18 miles on it. Its last known location is what appears to be a loading lot off Oakwood in space 59 according to the trucks GPS. This was later confirmed by the dealership via VIN VIEW. A view of this location via google maps shows that semi's do load at this location and my window sticker notes convoy....so we shall see. Glad to see these trackers updating. Hopefully they'll start shipping soon. I can't find any model 2025 Ford F-150 in stock anywhere...they all say dealer ordered. I guess Ford is holding on to them for some reason.

There are still thousands of 2024s up to 37 PP and (according to Cars.com) at least 66 Raptor Rs rotting on dealer lots with their $15K+ ADMs. Ford's dealer locator function used to have a lot more 25s on display but many have fallen off so I'm thinking its a tactic to push existing inventory.

Probably true. There are so many 2024 f150 in general on dealer lots right now. They are going be selling them in March and April at this rate, going have to do 0 percent for 60 months or more to clear them quickly.

Ford is currently offering thousands off MSRP but the problem is that MSRP is too high. The discounted prices should be the ceiling with negotiating from there. I agree that lower finance rates will address part of the problem.
