Build date updated today on ford tracking. Hope it sticks.

I’ve been tracking another VIN that was build date Feb 2nd and since last night it shows BUIlT and awaiting shipment
‘Last Updated’ date stayed the same as Feb 8th.
Mine was build date Feb 1st and last updated Feb 2nd, still nothing new but it’s definitely encouraging.
May be it’s ‘first In last out’ policy with quality crew
or may be mine had some issues of oil leak etc
But there’s definitely some movement now

I sure wish they would just level with us. State what the issue is and give us a realistic date. I would rather see 'gasket replacement with an April 15th completion date' then see 'moved offsite' since February 13th and have the date push out 2 additional weeks every 2 weeks...

Mine was scheduled 2/7, production 2/8 and nothing since... ETA from Ford Chat moved from March 11-17 to now 24-Apr1.

I have one that was “built” Dec 8. Been pushed back 2 weeks at a time with ETA since then. Based on that I don’t get my hopes up. I reach out to Ford every 2 weeks and plan correctly that they say my “truck is on hold and new ETA is two weeks further out”. Been playing that game for four months now. I laugh when I see people with build dates this month getting antsy. I’d plan to maybe have it by October of this year if it was build in March. My latest ETA is by the end of March. I’ll check next week and it’ll be mid-April. ‍

You have to treat these orders like a surprise present. Took 19 months for my 22 to come in. You order and then one day in the next year in half you get a call and your invited to go spend 110k plus, and you lose your mind to be able to do it. Merica’.

It's like the Rolex buying cycle all over again! (For those that are into watches, you get my reference.)

Checked on my 7/18 order today and for the first time was put on hold. Very nice lady and for what it is worth she said it appeared like I would be getting a build date soon, very soon. And then to my surprise she said for being so patient and a loyal Ford customer she gave me a $100 gift certificate. Of which I promptly went to the Ford merchandise online store and used it on a Raptor R hoodie and two Ford Performance hats. So no R yet but WTF at least I have the hoodie! LOL!

Me to, same dates. They axed the spray in bed liner and tonneau cover.
