Official 2023 Raptor R Order Thread

Man, you guys are driving me nuts! I haven't heard a word from Ford since December 11th email about shortages, blah blah blah. I ordered amb like Wileecoyote so maybe mine schedules soon. I got my oil changed today and the local dealer actually had 2 raptors on the lot, primer and white. Haven't seen available raptors there for years , always spoken for. So maybe Ford is catching up. Or money is scarce for customers.
Better yet, maybe my adm goes away.....

Can your dealer provide a VIN and order number? If so, you can just track it yourself. I stopped getting updates in December as well, but my R is now scheduled for 3/24, after first being scheduled for mid-February and then moved back to just confirmed. Hopefully this one sticks...

Hallefreakinglujah!!! Just got a call from my dealer, confirmed April 10th tentative build week for my R!!! Finally getting close, could see it in 5-6 weeks possibly.

To all my friends waiting in Raptor R purgatory, it was my experience that sitting patiently did not help my situation. Once I started making noise on how my $120k vehicle was sitting in a rail station out in the elements the dealer found a way to put my truck on an expedited list. Not sure where that list came from but got my truck 3 days later. Not sure if my dealer was playing me, but thought I would let the group know about the expedited list…if there is one

Yeah, this is crazy the way they are shipping the R. I live in the Midwest and see transport trucks all the time, many from the Bowling Green plant full of the Corvette C8’s a lot. Each one is individually wrapped and they are shipped together. Ford should put a little more effort into a 110k++++ vehicle. Completely ridiculous.

Whenever you log into the tracker just screenshot we’re it says in production and make it your wallpaper to save time and hassle checking everyday

Excellent! So you should have a vin as well? Now you can track it on the website.

And I got my vin# and build date last Thursday. Scheduled week of 04/03/23

I fantasize about this day... when you know its definitely going to happen!
