Great job on being a coach(mentor,role model,etc)it’s an under appreciated job at times..but if done correctly is extremely satisfying!
Yes,this project has been exciting for my son and I to bond and more importantly teach him how to work/maintain his stuff independently. This has been a motivating experience for him for the last 2.5 years. It gave him an extra reason to get a summer job and doing his chores to earn the money to put towards this project.
BTW we still need a hood,grille,front axles and brake lines..almost there!
