Great it's good to see someone can get service out of a Ford dealership !

I drop'ed mine off the following Monday after the camp out and haven't seen it since then, and it only get's better later that same week the service tech called to tell me that they were not going to cover under warranty the ps or rack and that the rotors are only cover'ed for the first 12,000mi. or 12 months. The only item that looks like it might be cover'ed is the 4wd. issue where it was popping out of 4wd but they can't duplicate the problem ( never heard that one ). So know I have called last Friday to see what is going on with the truck but no reply.

That sucks to hear Randy. I'd be finding another dealership maybe. ? They sound like a bunch of ass clowns.

I agree, as for the dealership the last time I bought anything from them was in 91 and I could walk to them from my home. I think that say's everything !

My problem right now is I don't even know if they have opened the transfer case or have started replacing vacuum lines because that's the info I had giving them on the phone last Thursday from forum info and imput form everyone. not sure if I can just pit it up. Back in 04 I had one of those pos esclade's so to make a long story short they had asked me not to use the dealership for service after one of my personal visits. So not to go down that path again I'm trying to keep my cool for now. My plan is to get the truck back some day and being I only have around 2k left on my warranty I'm going to take to where I purchased it in hope they will be much better than my current dealership.

I just got a reply to my email form this am

He did inspect it and said it looked good. We contacted Ford Hotline and we are
waiting for a response back from them again on this part and then I think it
will be ready to go. Im thinking tomorrow
