As mentioned in several other posts, the battery needs to be above a certain voltage for all features to work properly. If the truck sits for a while and the voltage gets low it shuts of certain non-especial features in a prioritize sequence. Especially if you get a large software update that relies on the battery to complete. If the batt voltage drops below a certain threshold, the download may not complete its update. This could lead to other problems that may require dealer assistance. Our trucks have a lot of stuff going on while parked and depending on your battery's health/condition, you my encounter weird glitches or inoperative features. I have found that the easiest thing to do is to use a battery tender as often as you can. I added a plug so that I can connect to one every night just to keep the battery topped off. It certainly doesn't hurt to give that a try to see if anything improves.

Where did you put the quick connect plug? Is there a thread on that? thanks
