So unfortunately, I got the cam phaser issues on my truck. I wanted to know if anyone in NYC/NJ has a dealer they took their truck to for the same issue. I just do not want to get the run around with some BS.

Tried scheduling with DANA Ford in Staten Island NY today.

Earliest Date is AUG 3rd

I just finished doing phasers on a truck today. Even if they look at the truck and confirm the noise, good luck getting parts. It took over a month of that truck sitting in the lot before parts showed up.

17 I'm going to call another dealer tomorrow. Hopefully, they have an earlier date.

They didn't let you take it home and bring the truck when parts came in?
