Numerous Faults upon Startup Today

I disconnected the negative battery wire and left it off overnight but still getting the faults so I guess I will be going to the dealership

So the dealership said they reprogrammed my ABS module and everything should be good. Not sure how/why that caused all of the other faults and the loos of my power steering but it seems to be driving normally now and without all of the fault messages. I'm at 31k miles so if something is wrong I hope it shows up before 36k miles. I reinstalled pedal commander and so far no faults.
