No volume no stereo

My radio won't turn on. Occasionally, it flashes on for a second then off. Turn the volume knob and nothing. Steering wheel control does nothing. Hook my phone up and you can't hear anything. Audio icon is not lit up like the rest. GPS, climate works.
I have done
soft resets
Hard reset
battery disconnect
fuse pull
USB drive update unsuccessful(currently 3.3.18266 Sync 3). Will try again.
Any ideas? I feel a new unit in my future.

You’ve tried the common issues.

When you open the doors, do chimes sound via the center speaker?
No sound from phone at all; how about when making a phone call?

Anything aftermarket installed?
did you buy it new, or 2nd hand?

have you tried pulling codes via FORSCAN? If not, this is worth a try.
Have you applied any FORSCAN changes if you already have it?

2019 52K original owner. Bone stock except for the usual Baja Designs light behind the grill. No FORSCAN changes. Will search for an editorial and try pulling codes.
Chimes sound when getting in also the usual when getting out with key in pocket while running(updating was successful but didn't fix issue).
I'm beginning to think this was caused from off roading last week. I did bottom out the right front once in some whoops. Only time this truck ever came close to using all its wheel travel.

Forgot to add using the phone I can't hear them and they can't hear me.

Got it working. Pulled the stereo out. Took the circuit board out and re-flowed the soldier. It all works fine now. But I hate the new screen/graphics on the SYNC update.

nice is it still working? I had a similar issue with no sound but i just wired the radio fuse to a upfitter switch to reset it on the fly when ever it happens lol
