thanks

i am sure it could be done faster by a 1st timer and maybe easier if u can figure out how to maneuver the headers in but for me that took some time to get them in there right. also the forgetting to put the dipstick tube in at the right time set me back. but i took my time and the end result was perfect so i am happy with it even tho i think i am in the time frame of 15 hours to install them. there were a few beer breaks in there so not all 15 hour are full work hours lol

Nick...glad you are enjoying the fruits of your labor...

Great write up...

Question: Did mike make you a custom tune for the headers? If so, do you have just one tune or multiple different tunes from 5 Star?

As far as the install...sounds like there should be a warming sticker on the box...

Nice job Bud...

yes i got a 93 performance and a 87 performance tune for headers. since i never really bother with any econo tunes or anything else i just went with the performance tunes. i always run 93 but if i travel and they dont have it i got the 87 as a jic. i really like the new tunes he has for the headers too. they seem to even shift better than my last set of tunes. mike made it easy and painless to get the new tunes and it was simple to load on my livewire

Not a must but I got them cheap enough to say f it and just do it. I think they were less than $40

here is a warm start, idle, and revs all filmed by one of my best buddies, my 5 year old son

Raptor Sw full exhaust warm start and rev - YouTube

u can see him shake when i revved it. i scared the poor little guy. thats how loud this thing is. women and children cower in fear when they here me coming

now on to some pics

here u can see the hanger i moved for my last setup. this is where i need to have a rod welded on the exhaust to utilize this and make the final section of the exhaust as rock solid as the rest of it is.
