Thanks for the reply and for looking into this for me. I will verify with the other companies to make sure they also will not ship to CA but most likely will be in touch soon to work something out with someone I know that's out of state. Thanks for the tip! Are all states other than CA fair game? You can ship to any of the other states other than CA?

CA is the only state currently that has these types of restrictions. NY isn't far behind with their shenanigans, but as of now any state besides CA is fair game.

We have a few of these Volant kits and Corsa resonator delete pipes in stock for both the SCAB and SCREW. And we'll match the above mentioned websites. Just sayin'. :birgits_tiredcoffee

Well ain't that a fine kettle of fish. I would have ordered from you. Except the Corsa part. Like I said I had $150 gift card from the other place so I kind of had to make use of that.

Ha. Move. CA wants everyone driving Nissan Leaf's. They would rather you pay the power company to burn fuel to generate the power than you burn the fuel directly...

Electric cars... It's a game with low electricity bills. Go to the Bahamas where electric is 7x higher than here. You'll throw that electric car in the ocean.

It's all relative. We all go electric and "Oh my the electrical grid is becoming stressed and we need more infrastructure funding/Fed taxes, it's just crumbling around us". Then electricity prices skyrocket then natural gas becomes the cheap alternative... Climb on tread mill, repeat.... Then petrol becomes the cheap alternative.. Get back on tread mill, repeat.

That's my daily rant. I'm good now.....

@LITTLEELVISDAN I hear you about that with the government in California. Just don't think that all the people here think like that! There are a lot of conservative, red blooded, farmers here too. Don't forget that the San Juaquin Valley has the best farm land in the world! California is just a beautiful place that attracts a lot of people of all types. It takes all kinds...but don't confuse me (and other Californian's) as all a bunch of tree huggin hippies.

Agreed. Sacramento native. Enjoying better gun laws and emissions while stationed outside CA.

DAMN!!! Sounds mean as hell! Thats the best representation I've seen yet. Nice that it shows you go through the gears, on the street, daily driving. Saw on your comments section something about headers...do you have headers? I didn't think you did, but just wanted to make sure. Like @BIRDMAN said, the volant system sounds like it has headers.

SacTown! I'm a UC Davis grad...love it up there. So you're in Ft Campbell now. Looks like your Military. Thank you for your service!!! Much respect!

No, no headers. I kept moving back home in mind when considering them. But it still sounds great without them. Yeah, I'm out at Ft Campbell in KY. Can't wait to move back home. I can't wait to hit up Prairie City! And thank you!

Just a quick question for someone like @Chris@FreedomMotorsports or @GotExhaust.com ...so what exactly does installing something that is not "CARB Certified" in California mean? Does it mean that it will not pass a smog test? From what I've heard, as long as you keep the stock manifolds and stock cats, after that doesn't matter to passing smog. Is that right?

Does the "CARB Certification" just mean that I could face a fine if caught? Thought I saw something about a "visual inspection" that a smog tech "should" perform on cars/trucks they test.

I'm honestly not too worried about it, I think it's all ********, just curious to what "CARB Certified" really means to the consumer? Thanks in advance guys

In California they can even confiscate your vehicle if they choose to do so. They are extremely serious about what they deem illegal for on road use on a registered vehicle. Unless you really want the exhaust and are willing to pay the consequences for the installation and use, I do not recommend the installation. They can also go after the company that sold you the parts. I have seen the EPA walk into companies like H&S tuning and confiscate their entire inventory, shut them down and levy hefty fines against them. It is no joke.
