There is a hell of a lot more you can do with your money. Take the extra 20k just for having Shelby Tags and put it to better use. Motor work, Better suspension.
Also 45k can get you a second Raptor.
As far as resale value...... It will only be worth what someone (idiot) is willing to pay you.

I have to be honest, if I had the money and wanted a tagged Raptor I'd go with the Shelby over a Roush.
