For 6k, I think you will do okay. Those are aftermarket Deaver rear springs (good news), looks like the rear end has shifted to the drivers side (bad news). Not as bad as I pictured it for a roll over. Hows the rear frame looking? Are you going to put a new box on or piece it together?

It doesn't look like the cab took too much damage.

If it were me, I'd backhalf that thing and make it a monster.
That might actually be a good idea, the OP may not know what that is. Isn't yours like that, maybe show him a pic of one or two.

Sure, you could do a bed rack, keep the leaf springs and just do bedside panel mounts and tail light buckets.

I was talking about cutting the frame at the rear of the cab and going full 4 link / interior cage.

Foutz sells a weld-it-yourself kit.

The deberti's used the kit they make for Gen2s on the builds that they did.

Welcome, I too won a “wreaked” raptor, mine was front end cosmetic damage so was an easy fix......... yours will be a little more work then mine. Exciting!! Enjoy the project

I looked at frame today and didn’t see any issues other than 3 bent bumper brackets. Underside is rusty but not too beat up. It really needs a complete frame off restoration.
