Welcome! I live in Lake Villa and we have a pretty large group of trucks in the Northern burbs. We do meet and greets regularly as well as shop days, so once you start buying mods, make sure to budget for pizza and beer.


Where you located at? I've seen a stock black around that I didn't notice!

I am right down Grass Lake Road in Fox Lake/Spring Grove. I grew up in Lake Villa/West Miltmore.

I did see a black one similar to mine today that waved.

Nice!! I really like that light bar in the front. I wish we didn't have a front license plate law in IL.

Meh. I haven't been ticketed or even stopped. I don't mind risking it. I throw it up on the dash when parked on the street or public property.

Same here, running the SVC Baja bumper w/ 30" Baja design lightbar, no plate, and have no issues. I actually do not run a front plate on all my vehicles, never had an issue.
