To answer the questions, yes, the guys at Craven are working on making this a matching set type of kit that has the new covers for the brake and gas pedals. That being said, below is a pic of the test fitting of the dead pedal for your viewing pleasure!

No, it actually wouldn't work if it were all the way to the left because it would get in the way of the parking brake pedal. That was one of the suggestions offered, to make sure it didn't interrupt the parking brake operation.

I would try to move it as close as possible to the left. Those who drive off road with two feet might find this to be a bit close for comfort.

Also, is the fit up on a regular F-150? I don't remember the lip on the floor past the pedals on our trucks.

Clearances between the parking brake and brake pedals may be improved by reducing the width of the dead pedal. I don't think it needs to be as wide as your prototype, anyway.
