I've been sending templates back and forth with "Ultimate Pedals".

I want the pedal to be stiff and sturdy so that when I'm running I won't break it. I don't have a prototype yet and I would be happy to stop where I am to see what design they come up with.

I was planning on one that sits close to the brake pedal like the big one in this thread, but I didn't like the look of the huge one so I spec'd narrower. I was using the existing stud on the firewall and planning to cut the mat and bolt to the floor. Here in AZ it rarely rains so cutting the mat isn't a huge deal but I'd prefer not to cut. The plastic trim on the footwell side wall sticks out pretty far and it's really flimsy. Maybe a bracket like the one with the mustang pedal that also mounts to the firewall stud would be strong enough to support a larger plate.

I had their stuff on my vette. It is very high quality stuff but the hardware to attach it was junk. Never understood why they would owrk so hard to offer such nice stuff and then include real crappy hardware.

I know this is taking longer than some would like, but I actually like that myself. The attention to the details by the guys at Craven Speed is outstanding! To know that they are not only taking into account everything that was expressed by the members here, but also to make sure that the overall quality and functionality of the kit is what it should be, to me shows their professionalism and tells me that I REALLY want one of these kits in MY Raptor for sure. That being said, I was sent the pics below, they are getting things done and R&D continues, I CAN'T WAIT!
