If you got the kit from TRS, make sure everything fits & works BEFORE you start. My kit was junk. The halos didn't work, the bulbs & shroud did not fit on the projectors. Took a lot of modifying to make it work & still not happy with them or their "kit"

My first kit was from TRS and it works great. Didn't have any problems. Just ordered another set. And Dawson if your reading this you need to post pics of your terminator eyes. Those things are sick!

Here is what my halos looked like right out of the box that I got them from The Retrofit Source.......Maybe I just got unlucky with bad halos & the shrouds, bulbs & projectors not matched up right.
Luckily, they sent an email, in reply, stating "Sorry to hear you are having fitment issues"

Did they send you out replacements? Or say have fun. From what I have heard nowbody else has had problems. You have appeared to have gotten the lemon.

No, they just said "sorry" & I haven't heard back from them.

I got to see them from a distance at Havoc, and "wow". The looked awesome. I think I screamed at Marty (naptown) when I seen you come around the corner. "hey look its dawson's new lights!"

New Evil eye's for my Dads Raptor

Okay so for my Father's Birthday he really wanted a set of Evil eye's like mine. So I took my stock headlights and started the process. Honestly I think the hardest thing is that damn perma-seal, and cleaning it out of the channel. I don't know how Dawson does multiple sets but now I know why he charges what he does. Its a royal pain and worth every cent. Especially with his quality of build.
Anyways took a few pics of the actual mounting of the MH1 6.0 and how you need to trim the rear of the housing and the little piece in the reflector bowl that holds the stock reflector. After getting a lot of tips on the venting and seeing in person Dawson's lights I made a few corrections on this pair like trimming off the outer lens retainers, and venting via the alignment holes. Sorry for coping you Dawson but your design was bullet proof, and they looked factory. I want my Dads to look the same. Also did all the same things to mine after getting back from Havoc in the hills, and having venting problems (condensation inside the lens).
Also both LED rings and Reflector bowls worked on this order from TRS. Haven't had any bad parts from them yet.

Man you ARE RIGHT! It's worth every cent from Dawson! I just pulled my 2013 lights apart today and DAMN they are a SOB to get apart with that Permaseal!! Damn it sucked!

Fixing to put some halo's i bought from him on my stock shrouds, for kicks what did you use to block the light? I saw a pic from birdman and doing that, but wanted to ask for kicks when I put mine on tomorrow when paint dries.

Also what did you use to attach the halo to the shroud, I plan to use some 5min epoxy sparingly but again wanted to ask anyways if there is a better option!

Just got my Halo LED rings replaced, from TRS, & they both worked!!
Unfortunately, they replaced the 80mm rings I originally ordered with 100mm rings........which don't fit & now, I have to send them back yet again. I am not impressed with their customer service what so ever.
