NEW clunk from front susp. Anyone have anything like this....

Yes I am thank you for your help but I already tried speaking to a canadian associate and they did zero.. I'm taking back one final time before my warranty is up hopefully the will finally replace the back window they dismantled last January and left a mess for no reason the defroster stopped working so they diagnosed it but never fixed it along with the other 10 problems it had while it sat there for 6 weeks

today is my last day with my raptor i feel it is in the shop again and they are saying they dont hear the clunk in the front nor the driveshaft clunk and its normal. i have given up on ford time to try another brand for the first time in my life

Ya I've just tried everything for a year and I've only had it a year it has ruined my experience I've had a new f150 every year my whole life but I just don't enjoy driving it anymore everytime I get in I'm excited then down the road clumk into gear and bang bang bang over bumps feel it through my feet

So you traded in the truck? What did you get?

Did they check the steering rack? Is it tight?

Haven't traded it yet I began shopping yesterday I dropped it off over a week ago to make one last attempt to get the stuff fixed and told myself if they can't I'm selling it .. Yeah they say rack is fine they replaced it 8 months ago ... However they say all the issues I have are normal ... Ford dealers in Canada are uselessssssss compared to the few u.s. Dealerships I've been to ...

Ill throw this out there. Check the frame to body clearance. Especially around the front cab mounts at the rear section of the front wheel well.
