NEW clunk from front susp. Anyone have anything like this....

So I have the normal "raptor clunk" from the right front lower shock mount when its cold, but two weeks ago my truck (13K miles) something in the front is making another "clunk" sounding type of noise.

Its best heard when reversing over slowly over uneven ground. My best discription of the noise is this: It sounds like the noise the C-clips make when you rock the back of a truck back and forth and the axle moves in and out ever so slightly. Sounds exactly like that....but in the front somewhere.

It goes in tomorrow morning to have it looked at, just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences to I can save the tech some time and point him in the right direction.

There is a new TSB out for Scabs that fixes the drive line clunk. I just got my truck back today. No more clunk. that clunk is in the yoke.

It honestly doesn't sound like its coming from the drive shaft. It really does sound like the front suspension....I'll mention it though.

There is a new TSB out for Scabs that fixes the drive line clunk. I just got my truck back today. No more clunk. that clunk is in the yoke.

Which new tsb is this? Is it for all years?

Took the head tech for a spin and we were able to reproduce the noise. It will also do it traveling forward down the road if you very quickly turn the wheel left to right and vise versa. They were able to find some issues with the lower shock mounts/bushings. They are contacting Ford to see what to do next.

The truck has 13k on it and has NEVER EVER been beat on. All in all I love the truck, but thie continued shock/a arm issues and the insanely clunky/rattley tailgate are not acceptable.

I have this same issue !!! Driving me mental!! Dealership told me they contacted ford and ford says they cannot help me my truck was at the dealership for 58 days then returned unfixed
