Looks nice.

I always figure on getting a bumper that you can actually hit something with. That one looks so close to the body that it will do a lot of body damage with a little side impact

Eh... good deal. It was hard to tell in the photos.

Winch selection??

Up front I went with Smittybuilt XRC 10,000 pound winch with synthetic rope to reduce weight. The winch is only 60 pounds with rope and extras on it.. With the weight of the bumper I was looking closely at weight as my first concern when picking a winch..

In the back I went with Superwinch 9000 pound synthetic rope winch. Again to save weight, but I had this winch already and it is the heaviest of the two so it went in the back.

I would not hesitate to bash anything with this bumper, its heavy and solid and really unlikely to give, its that tough.. Oh its heavy too 5/16 steel side plates with angle re-enforcement... The actual gap is about the same as the factory bumper which I like a bumper that looks like it was made for the truck..

Waiting for weights! Do you think they are strong enough to protect the bottom side of the Bed from a light touch of a small tree or berm while backing up?

Are they covered in Linex?

What lights are you going with in the front?

I would say they are covered in line x but its a little more rubbery maybe not a real hard shell but very tough. Kind of like alligator skin, not like egg shell. So far its stood up to everything we have done while installing it pretty well. The steel itself is about 5 times thicker than the stock bumper. Its is thicker than ADD and RPG that I have seen. It is going to take a beating and yet its pretty close to the factory lines. If I back in to something in the parking lot I don't see any damage happening to the truck but what I hit, yea its going to be ugly. I will post more pictures and more insight to what I find, like and dislike. Also a right up on installation and things I would do differently next time around and things to watch out for.. High speed air cutting wheels are excellent for trimming the fender flares, and bits of skin..

Lights I am working on, so far 6 sets and nothing jumps out at me that I like
, Amazon is going to hate the amount of returns but I love Amazon... So far I can say what's worked best low PIAA 510.... I also tried some round LED but nothing I can say wow about yet...

What size are the round openings in the front bumper? Maybe you can run 4 Light Cannons up there.

Looks sweet lying on the floor. I'm reserving judgment until I see it on the truck.
