Apparently in CA....but WTH....everything is ridiculous in CA. Outside of that special place, I believe there are quite a few less vocal people getting these at or very slightly above MSRP.
I didn’t order mine from an CA dealer; I ordered mine from a dealer in Oregon back in July when the order banks opened and I paid 20k over MSRP. People are paying ADM’s in not just CA, it’s all over the US and Canada.

I made a spreadsheet and called at least 60+ dealers around the nation, even looked for ones in less affluent neighborhoods thinking the same thing. Same answer, every time. 40-50k over. Lol
yeah....but there is more to it than just calling around. My local dealer is selling at MSRP (had 2 allocations and sold both for MSRP) and I have an order with another and a scheduled date for 5k over. Its about relationships, previous purchaser etc. Patience, diligence. The have it now crowd will always be willing to pay crazy markups. People also said that non-R raptors wouldn't come down to MSRP....and look at it happening more and more every day. The car/truck market continues to struggle with rising interest rates, repossessions, people walking away from custom orders etc. The R's will likely be shielded from a lot of the downturn but the ADMs will slowly come down IMO.

Personally I’m not willing to pay above MSRP, but if somebody else is and is happy with the deal, then I guess I’m happy for them.

I thought I had posted pictures of the R on here, they were posted in the delivery thread which you found.

720 miles on it so far and well worth the purchase! Truck is awesome.

Enjoy and to quote my dearly departed mother who had a way with words. You should use it in good health.

You may have better luck making a deal by showing up in person when able. Salespeople are less inclined to haggle over long distance (no skin in the game; way more window shopping) or if you won’t make the effort to show up.

Like MKW posted above, it’s often about relationships and a simple handshake greeting is one hell of a rapport builder.

Maybe...but bought probably my last 15+ vehicles via email or quick call. Dealers today don't expect people to drive around and especially for a Raptor that most don't even have. Have to go to where inventory is -- have started many a good relationships with GM of dealers by calling. Don't deal with floor people.
