Been lurking here for a number of months. Thanks to everyone for all the insight. Finally..... got one. Many Thanks to Mike Stadler at Thoroughbred Ford in KC. He helped with a great deal and painless shipping of my new truck to Northern California. Finished the paperwork on Thursday truck picked up by shipper Saturday. Delivered to my door 1700 miles away Tuesday - pretty amazing service. No $40k+ Nor Cal mark up. He has more allocations for 2018 if you need one.
